Yes, a new ‘Government Department Of NEW CITIES’ built on government controlled free land in Twenty States!
America’s Cities are congested and old. Home values are too high for needy home buyers to afford. In the West home prices are nearing a million dollars! Unaffordable for first time home buyer young families!
With the BILLIONS of Dollars of new money coming into the country to build new industry, this can be directed to these new cities, with free development land as an incentive, bringing full employment to these new cities.
The Right President
President Trump is the right president to get this done! He is a builder, with the understanding of what it will take to get this started RIGHT AWAY, while locations are being chosen for these new Billion Dollar plants. Existing industries may also choose to relocate to these new cities.
Perhaps a New City per Midwest State would be in order, with a few of these located in the North-West and perhaps one in Northern California, if a large enough water supply can be made available.

These twenty New Cities should be to supply a NEEDED TWENTY MILLION HOMRS for young American’s!
At one point not long ago the nation was building up to Three Million Homes a year! When the Mortgage Crisis occurred, these numbers collapsed!
Only Seven Hundred And Fifty Thousand homes a year have been built in the last few years!
This is the reason for the Half Million Dollars and up home prices in many areas, with TWENTY FIVE PERCENT of costs going on PERMITS AND FEES making it impossible for this generation to buy, and for the ridiculously high rents!American’s do not want to become a nation of RENTERS!!!
Government Designated Land
Build these cities on free Government Land allowing a fair profit. Selling Single Family Homes up to Two Hundred And Fifty Thousand, Duplexes up to Two Hundred Thousand, and Apartments up to a Hundred and a Quarter.
With the government providing Two to Three Percent Mortgages, this was done in President Trumps first term!
